Shrader Engineering would like to congratulate Mike Lai, P.E. on all of his hard work and achievements throughout the years, including his most recent accomplishment of passing the Texas Board of Professional Engineers’ P.E. Exam on December 14, 2011. 

Mike joined Shrader Engineering in June 2007 and  became a newly certified Engineer in Training (EIT) focusing on Electrical Engineering by the end of  the year. Continuing his journey toward a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure, Mike gained relevant knowledge working on various projects with the guidance and mentorship of our firm’s most experienced Project Engineers.

In addition, Mike attended numerous Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering seminars and frequently attended company sponsored Lunch and Learns to reinforce his knowledge on numerous electrical topics. 

After becoming Shrader groomed and ready to take on a new engineering challenge, Mike enrolled himself in the TestMaster’s PE preparation course and dedicated himself to several weekends of eight hour day lectures, a great deal of self-studying, and many happy hour rain checks.  All of his hard work has paid off and we are very proud of his success.  Congratulations Mike!
